Eduardo (Eddie) Vizcarra
Eduardo (Eddie) Vizcarra joined the Central Bean Company team just over a year ago. He is married and has 4 beautiful girls. He grew up in Royal City, Quincy, and Ephrata. He is a great team player; gets along with his coworkers and is a great asset to the company. His favorite part about working for Central Bean is the people he works with. He also enjoys the perk of family flex time so he can spend quality time with his children. Eddie on his spare time enjoys riding dirt bikes with his family and friends. His hidden talent is singing. He likes rock and country music. His definition of success is taking care of his family. If he could eat one meal, everyday, for the rest of his life, it would be sloppy joes. If he were an animal, he would be a dog. The three best words to describe him are outgoing, relentless, and funny. His biggest pet peeve is a negative attitude. His favorite saying is "Never a loser until you quit trying." We are excited he is a part of our team, and we value his work ethic and the positive attitude he brings with him. There is not a day that goes by without seeing him smiling and enjoying life.
Adolfo Medina Calderon
Adolfo Medina Calderon joined the Central Bean team over 2 years ago. He has been married for 5 years and has a three-year old son and a two-year old daughter. He grew up in Quincy. He likes that Central Bean puts family first. He likes to watch movies; National Treasure is his favorite movie. If he could eat anything everyday for the rest of his life, it would be pizza. He would like to travel the world. If he was an animal, he would be a lion. His favorite sport is soccer and his favorite team is the Chivas. Adolfo is always willing to help his co-workers and has stepped up to the plate during harvest, working overtime and filling in for other employees when they needed time off or were sick. He is multi-talented and willing to learn all the aspects of the warehouse and farm. We are pleased to have him as a part of our team.
Idelfonso (Sonny) Fregoso
Sonny has worked for Central Bean for over 4 years. His favorite part about working at Central Bean is the people he works with. When Sonny has any spare time he always likes to spend it with his family and playing soccer. One ability Sonny wishes he had was the ability to dance. If he had to eat one meal, everyday, for the rest of his life it would be fish but, his least favorite food is sushi. If he were an animal he would want to be an Eagle. Sonny's favorite movie is La Bamba. His favorite sports team is the Las Chivas. The motto Sonny lives by is "buy a classic car."Here at Central Bean we have really enjoyed having Sonny as a part of our team. He is very hard working and a team player. We are so happy Sonny is a part of our team here at Central Bean
Vern Stone
Vern has been with Central Bean for 9 years. Vern states that his favorite part about working at Central Bean is that he loves teaching others how to do what he does, which is repair everything here at the plant as well as on the farm. Vern was born and raised in Kansas. He has been married to his wife for 45 years and they have 3 children. On his spare time, he likes to fish and play with his grandkids. His favorite food is tacos, and his least favorite food is green beans. The weirdest job he has ever had is making Coleman Lanterns. Vern always brings a smile to everyone's face here at Central Bean and we are so happy he is a part of our team.
Efrain Alvarado
Efrain has been part of the Central Bean team for 25 years. He was born and raised in Michoacan Mexico. Efrain is married and has four boys. One reason that Efrain loves working at Central Bean is that we not only just care about the person’s work, but we also care about the employee and his/her family/personal matters. One ability that he wishes he had is to understand new technology of the world (computer, phone). Efrain’s favorite food is beans and tortillas. His least favorite food is chicken mole, it is too sweet. One quote that he lives by is “treat others the way you want to be treated”. Efrain is a key part of our Central Bean team and we are so grateful for his loyalty to this company!
Samuel (Sammy) Gonzalez IV
Sammy has been with Central Bean for 12 years. Sammy’s favorite part about working at Central Bean is that he gets to come to work and spread the best bean around the world. Sammy was born and raised in Quincy. He has two children. On his spare time, he likes to weld, fish, and be a dad. Sammy’s favorite meal is bacon wrapped shrimp. His least favorite food is oysters. The way he defines success is “if you improved from last year or the year before you are doing good.” One quote that he lives by is “give it 120%.” Sammy always comes into work with a positive attitude and smile. We are grateful for Sammys hard work and dedication to this company.
Jerry Hodges
Jerry has been with Central Bean for about 2 years now. Jerry was born and raised in Quincy Washington. He has been married to his wonderful wife for 36 years and they have 6 children. His favorite part about working at Central bean is that he can work close to home and be at home every night with his family. On his spare time, he likes to build and restore things. Jerrys hidden talent is making biscuits. If Jerry had to eat one meal, every day, for the rest of his life, it would be his wife’s meatloaf and baked potatoes. Something that people may not know about Jerry is that he really enjoys Broadway musicals. Jerry defines success as always doing your best.
Miguel German
Miguel has been with Central Bean for 4 years now. One reason Miguel enjoys working at Central Bean is the flexibility. On his spare time, he likes to try new restaurants with his girlfriend. Miguel's hidden talent is that he is a secret master chef. His favorite sports team is the LA Clippers.

Samuel Gonzalez III
Samuel has been with Central Bean for 13 plus years. He states that his favorite thing about working at Central Bean is the challenges it presents. Samuel was born in Texas and later moved to Washington state with his parents. He is married and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren. On his spare time he likes to play softball and travel. One ability that he wishes he had is good knees. His hidden talent is that he is a psychic. One thing a lot of people don’t know about Samuel is that he is shy. If Samuel had to eat one meal, every day, for the rest of his life, it would be bacon. His least favorite food is spinach. One quote he lives by is “keep movin.”
Raul Quintanilla
Raul has been with Central Bean for 5 years. Rauls favorite part about working at Central Bean is that it is stress free and there is always good communication between the team members. Raul grew up in Sanjose California and Quincy. He is married and has two stepchildren. On his spare time, he spends it doing yard work, watching movies, and playing games. His favorite food is pizza. His least favorite food is pasta. One thing a lot of people don’t know about Raul is that he loves being outside and likes to fish. A hidden talent of Raul’s is that he is a quick learner. One thing on his bucket list is to fake wall rock climb. Three words that best describe Raul are loyal, funny, and a family man.
Emilio Hernandez
Emilio has been with Central Bean for 5 years. His favorite part about working at Central Bean is that he loves the people that he works with and that he is getting to go out into the fields and learn new skills. Emilio was born and raised in Quincy. He has two children. On his spare time, he likes to spend time with family and watch sports. One ability he wishes he had is to time travel. One thing a lot of people don’t know about Emilio is that he played the trumpet. If he had to eat one meal, every day, for the rest of his life it would be enchiladas. His least favorite food is pizza. Three words that best describe Emilio are smart, friendly, and outgoing. One quote he lives by is “you only live once.”
Bryan Wilson
Bryan has been with Central Bean for 10 years. Bryan’s favorite part about working at Central Bean is that he is treated like family. On his spare time, he likes to fish. One ability that he wishes he had is to time travel. One thing a lot of people don’t know about him is that he is originally from Seattle. His favorite food is sushi, and his least favorite food is anything hamburger helper. One of the weirdest jobs that Bryan has ever had is being a corndog cooker.
Lucio Balderas
Lucio has been with Central Bean for 5 years. Lucio’s favorite part about working at Central Bean is that everyone works well together. Lucio was born and raised in Quincy. He is married and has 4 children. On his spare time, he likes to go to the movies, BBQ, and spend time with his family. His hidden talent is cooking. If he had to eat one meal every day, for the rest of his life it would be BBQ. His least favorite food is onions. One thing on his bucket list is to travel and go on road trips.
Adrian Borjas Jr.
Adrian has been with Central Bean for 4 years now. Adrian was born and raised in Quincy. One reason he loves working at Central Bean is everyone he works with feels like family. Any time something doesn’t go as expected everyone jumps in to help. On his spare time, he likes to spend time with his girlfriend or friends at the park. His favorite foods are ramen and sushi. His least favorite food is olives. Adrians hidden talent is that he is good at soccer. One quote Adrian lives by is “The sky is the limit.”
Eladio Hernandez
Eladio has been with Central Bean for 11 years. He was born in Jalisco Mexico and moved to the United States when he was 8 years old. His favorite part about working at Central Bean is harvest time/season. He also enjoys the fact that there is a work-life balance here at Central Bean. One thing on Eladio’s bucket list is to visit Paris. His favorite food is enchiladas, and his least favorite food is olives and raisins. Three words that best describe Eladio are clown, friendly, and responsible.
Adam Hernandez (Nico)
Nico has been with Central Bean for 25 years. He was born and raised in Quincy. His favorite part about working at Central Bean is the amazing people he gets to work with. On his spare time, he likes to go camping and watch sports. One ability he wishes he had is to be able to fly. If he had to eat one meal, every day, for the rest of his life it would be tacos. His least favorite food is hotdogs. Nico’s favorite sports team is the Dallas Cowboys.
